About this project
We designed and developed a full-featured real estate website for Ace Realtors Limited, a Kenyan firm that handles property sales, rentals, and management. The site lets visitors browse listings for sale and for rent across residential, commercial, and land categories, with sub-categories for apartments and houses. An advanced property search filters by property type, offer type, country, location, neighbourhood, bedrooms, price range, and keyword. A dedicated Development Projects section shows off-plan, under-construction, and completed developments with their status and starting prices. The site also includes Mortgage and Team pages, a news/blog section, a "Sell Property" listing submission, a contact page with an embedded map, a newsletter signup, and a WhatsApp chat button for instant enquiries. It is fully responsive and gives Ace Realtors a professional platform for connecting property seekers with the right listings.
