About this project
We designed and developed an online learning platform for Vital Skills First Aid Consultancy, a Nairobi-based first aid training provider accredited by DOSHS and NITA. The platform lets individuals, schools, colleges, and workplaces enroll in structured first aid courses from home. It has a course catalogue, a shopping cart, user sign-up and sign-in, and a learner area for guided access to training content and assessments. Visitors can switch between USD and Kenya Shillings, and organizations can also request scheduled on-site training. The homepage builds trust with an accreditation statement, learner testimonials from clients such as Easy Coach and Ndugu Transport Ltd, and a Social Impact section on community first aid awareness for mothers, caregivers, and boda boda riders. A Gallery page, social media links, and a WhatsApp chat button make it easy to ask questions and book. The result is a professional, easy-to-use platform that lets Vital Skills teach and enroll learners online as well as in person.
